Libyan Desert Glass, also known as Libyan Gold Tektite, is a unique and nearly pure silica tektite believed to have been created from a meteorite impact 26 million years ago (although there is still some debate on this due to no evidence of a physical impact). This occurred over Western Egypt and Eastern Libya in the area now known as the Sahara Desert. Set in nickel-free sterling silver.
